Location was great although noisy in room 7 due to a bus stop being right outside. Friendly staff and breakfast is delivered to your room with a variety of choice.

We loved this place, in the heart of Florence. The lovely, friendly staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The beds are super comfy and the bathroom nice and modern. The whole place is very clean and the communication superb before our visit was great. We would definitely recommend to stay at B&B De Biffi to everyone coming to Florence.

Location is amazing 2-3 min walk to Dumo and very near to all critical locations such as academia or uffuzzi gallery. all nice restaurants and mercado is very near. as location aspect maybe one of the best location hotel. rooms are quite large for the concept of hotel chosen. Breakfast is small but good. Staff is available in the morning till evening as part of the concept of the hotel. but they are all very very helpful and nice. we had get a very good service and support from Ms. Elif from Reception. we were very happy with our stay in that hotel. let me enter some extra details such as room heating is very good, electrical system is well, bath water heat and pressure is very good. the beds are comfortable and large.

Everything matches the description and photos. Everything was wonderful. The very center of Florence, close to shops and restaurants. We turned on the batteries for several hours a day, and some of us were sometimes cool. Very warm blanket and comfortable beds. Nice shower and plumbing in the bathroom. Breakfast can be ordered in the kitchen, it is brought to your room, it is quite satisfying- you can order an omelet or scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, toast, coffee, fruit, yoghurts- you will not stay hungry.

Very good location in the centre of Florence in a private street. The room was excellent , spacious and super clean. The staff was excellent, offering expertise and a treat for our 40th birthday.

The check-in process was smooth as butter. We were quickly brought up to speed and the host was very accommodating to our early check-in time. The room was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and breakfast hit the spot.

We stayed in room 8, which was really beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the room had everything we needed, including a hairdryer and shower gel. We were especially impressed with the breakfast – the choice was great, as we could order exactly what we wanted, and it was delivered directly to our room. We had options for both sweet and savory dishes, yogurt, cereal, croissants... The location is also excellent, close to the train station and the city center, which was very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and make our stay as pleasant as possible. Overall, this is a perfect place for a relaxing stay in the city. Highly recommended!
