Amazing spot and super generous and helpful staff. Excellent location for what you pay. Really great mid range accommodation, especially if you don’t mind being in the centre of it all.

Incredible location overlooking Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore 10mins walk to Florence Central station. Host was lovely and very accomodating, Very helpful.

The location was perfect, in the centre of the centre of Florence. All the attractions were within walking distance. All the great restaurants, cafes and dessert places are close by. The view from the windows was stunning. The host was very accommodating and full of knowledge of Florence.

The property is lovely. Well maintained and. Wet clean. You could t ask for a better position being right in the square. Even a luggage lift which we weren’t expecting. 👏👏 as well as their help with our luggage and also to help us to the taxi rank and get us a taxi. Exceptional. Thank you it was beautiful. Deb and Deb

Very central location and the view cannot be beaten! Beautiful old building with a luggage lift. Giulia was very welcoming and helpful on check in and check out. Perfect spot if you want to be first in line for the duomo

Amazing hotel with great and kitted out rooms. The host Giuliana was very kind and gave us restaurant recommendations, as well as a free room upgrade. The price was also good, considering the location and the other hotels in the area.
