The location was exceptionally good because it so close to all the main attractions. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Location is perfect. This was the reason we booked here. Everywhere was 5-10 minutes walk. Very central. Staff were extremely helpful when we saw them, they also let us store our luggage and gave us a key to enter to get them again. Comfortable for a short trip to see Florence!
