Great Staff and service, really well decorated and kept at a convenient location close to train station and very short distance from the city center and the main sights of the very beautiful Florence. Very good breakfast with no shortage of options that were kept well stocked and fresh.

It's located in the heart of Florence and walking distance to many Churches and places of historical importance. Staff was very helpful and friendly. One of the most helpful hotel staff I have ever come across. They looked after us as family. I will not think twice to go there again. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one!
