This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in. The grounds are exquisite with lots of different areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Parking was easy, just in the front of the hotel. Staff were exemplary. Breakfast was excellent as were the two evening meals we enjoyed there. The courtesy bus into Florence is a great facility; although it ends at 8pm, it was no problem to get a taxi back later in the night and usually cost around £10.00/€13 The hotel is extremely dog friendly, too. This was the second time my husband had stayed. We really hope to return a third time.

Place of Charme is the best expression for the Villa. Real Charme! I have never been in such magnificent hotel. We had a feeling like we travelled back in time to Roman empire thanks to the amazing views and gardens of the Villa. Great location in the green surrounding, you can spend a day only in the Villa, peacefully in their gardens. Free and flexible shuttle to the city centre. Free parking on site. Stylish accommodation. You feel like living in the chateau. Will come back surely!

The breakfast was exceptional, the shuttle bus to Florence was a real bonus and was always available when we requested it. The grounds were lovely and peaceful after the city hustle, bustle and heat.
