one of the cleanest rooms I had in Florence in the past 10 years! very good location x business or leisure, close to everything ! a small elevator but it does exist, which is also a luxury on most of the buildings in Florence. very big rooms and bathrooms, also a plus for Florence, cozy big bed . the owner is very helpful.

Location and breakfast was great. Communication with the staff was easy even though I didn't manage to see reception in person. They were clear and helpful.
