Great location for exploring the city. Comfortable beds after being on your feet all day. Loved that they had the coffee and little snacks on a morning to get you set for the day.

The location was absolutely perfect! It is right in the heart of Florence. The room was very neat and clean and given it is a suite room It felt quite spacious.

The room was clean and pretty spacious. The shower was big! Good location, walking distance from everything you want to see! Close to some really nice restaurants too. We had an issue with our air conditioning not working one night, but the staff were quick to fix it by mid morning the next day, they provided us with a fan too.
