The hotel was conveniently located, walking distance to all the hot spots. Though, it rained whilst I was there, I was very happy that the bus stop was right in front of the hotel! The staff were all amazing from the bell staff, to reception, to the restaurant and bar attendants, truly everyone. A special mention to Beatrice, Reservations Supervisor, for the extra attention and care for my stay. I even left my blazer in my room and she has been so helpful! Also, General Manager, Marco, grazie mille for everything. I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything—Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio—is just a short walk away, yet the hotel itself feels like a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city. The staff were beyond exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making every moment of our stay unforgettable. They offered fantastic recommendations, helped with reservations, and always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and full of character, blending classic Florentine charm with modern comfort. And the service? Flawless from start to finish. If you're looking for elegance, comfort, and top-tier hospitality in the very center of Florence—this is the place. Highly, highly recommended! The breakfast at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. There was a wide variety of high-quality options, both sweet and savory, including fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, eggs, cheeses, and local specialties. Everything was beautifully presented and constantly replenished. The coffee was excellent—better than in most cafés! I really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm, attentive service from the staff. Starting the day with such a delicious and well-organized breakfast made a real difference to my stay.
