It was a well maintained place with cozy rooms. Niccolò was a great host and welcoming. Location is really convenient even to walk to the city centre. Highly recommended for your stay in Florence.

Niccolò was a really welcoming and friendly host and the stay was very good value. The instructions to access the property outside normal hours were also very clear. My room although quite basic was comfortable and clean with a nicely stocked and reasonably priced minibar. Th air con was also great- easily set and with a quiet setting which is great if you sometimes find it hard to sleep with noisy a/c. The terrace where you could take breakfast was very pleasant. Free coffee available from a machine in the pictured reception area. Room was cleaned daily

We had a very pleasant experience. The accommodation is impeccably clean, located in a quiet area, and the view from the terrace is truly stunning. The atmosphere is relaxing, ideal for a few days of rest. Although it is at some distance from the city center and requires a bit of walking, it was not an inconvenience for us. The hosts were kind and responsive, and communication went very smoothly throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and ensured a good night’s sleep. We also recommend asking the host for dining suggestions or anything else you might need, as they can offer excellent tips—we followed their recommendations and they turned out to be spot on. It is also a good idea to ask at reception for a mosquito repellent device. Overall, it is a very good choice for those looking for peace, cleanliness, and a beautiful view, even if it involves a short walk to the city center.
