I, my spouse and our child were warmly welcomed. Cot for the baby was provided as confirmed during reservation, they put even a cute blanket with teddies on it. Hospitability was amazing from the check-in to check-out.

Camila was really helpful when we checked in, gave us great tips on where to find good food that’s not too expensive. It can be quite expensive in the touristy areas.

Good location, easy enough to get to / from the airport and close enough to centre of Florence that you can easily walk but are not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Room is fine for a short stay in Florence w a small kettle, safe and bar fridge.
