This is the most exquisite hotel of our trip. It's close to the central station, and the street is clean and quiet. I particularly love the bedding in the room, which makes all the fatigue of the day vanish. The hotel staff are very warm and polite, and we see their smiling faces every time we step into the hotel. Since we're two families, they even helped us reserve a large table so that we could enjoy the delicious Italian breakfast together. Perfect.

The hotel is in a very convenient location – just a 5-minute walk from the station and around 12 minutes from Piazza del Duomo. While there aren’t many nice restaurants immediately nearby, there are plenty of good options within a 10–15 minute stroll. We booked what was advertised as a junior suite, but it felt more like a family room for three, and the soundproofing was limited, so it could be quite noisy at times. That said, the property does have a lot of old-world charm. Breakfast was fairly limited unless you enjoy cake in the morning. On the plus side, the inside terrace was a lovely spot for an evening drink, and the pool table was a nice touch. We didn’t try the spa during our stay. Overall, we had a good experience, but it felt more like a 3-star stay rather than the 4-star rating advertised.

The clean and well kept facilities. Very friendly staff, good location. Breakfast buffet is excellent and reasonably priced, not like everything else in Florence 😬
