We needed luggage drop before 10am, which got trouble-free. The location is superb, adjacent to SMN and close to almost all the tourist spots and the river. Eateries are countless, like at every footsteps. A supermarket is a 1min walk. The room with toilet is worth the price, super clean, comfy and classy.
