The location suited us. 15 minute walk to most sites. Train station a 25 min walk. Comments were made, how lovely and comfortable the beds were. It was lovely to sit and relax in the lounge.

The location was central so very easy to walk to see key attractions. Grocery store very close by. Greeter gave us lots of useful information.

Very roomy and appealing. Loved the molding in the ceilings, beautiful paint choices and chandeliers! Bathroom tiles were lovely.

The apartment is amazing! Huge, with high ceilings and even a little balcony. Lots of space, very fast wi-fi, washing machine/laundry room - even a little gym! All the sites of Florence are well within walking distance, and the supermarket next doors if fantastic. If seems small at first, but stretches far back. There is no lift, and four flights of stairs. That didn't bother us at all, but worth noting.
