Excellent location Newly refurbished apartment, clean and cleaning tools are available New windows providing good noice and temperature control - we did not need the aircon although outside temperature was above 30 with high humidity Full kitchen, basic stuff like salt pepper, olive oil, vinegar are there waschind machine works well Relatively large living/dining area, good seating (couch) Good lights, lot of power points Clean crispy bed linen, soft and harder pillows are available, the mattress is soft Bathroom :newish ,clean, soft fluffy large towels- Staff members were nice, helpful, always available

The apartment is very spacious and offers a nice and quiet sleep after an exhausting day walking in Florence. It’s very close to the centre. The bathroom is in a very good condition and the kitchen is well equipped.

We were met at the door by Diana from Acacia Firenze who was very friendly and welcoming. Communication with Acacia Firenze leading up to our stay was excellent. Dalia was an excellent base for our 2 week stay - easy walking distance to the main SMN train station, San Lorenzo food market and Florence in general. The street and apartment were very quiet (maybe due to road works at one end). Dalia is an excellent size apartment for 2 people, has all you need to cook at home, plus the added convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine. Thank you Acacia Firenze and thank you Diana.
