The location is great! walking distance from the train station and very close (10 min walk) to the main tourist attractions. the place has all amenities needed and it has two bathrooms/showers, which is great when traveling as a group. the kitchen is fully equipped and there’s even a washing machine for emergencies.

Location was superb, the beds were very comfortable and the property was spotlessly clean. It was very quiet at night apart from late night arrival of other guests.

The property is in a walking distance from all the main attractions. Plus we arrived by train at the Santa Maria Novella station and we got to the property in no time, on foot. The elevator is a major, major plus. It saved us from a lot of frustration, especially by having a baby pushchair with us. The apartment was fully equipped. The host was very present, through messages and her instructions were very clear.

The location was very near to the train station and in a quiet area. The host provided some water, coffee, tea, olive oil.
