Set right in the outskirts of Fleurie, the stylish and recently refurbish farmhouse makes the perfect frame for a comfortable and fun stay in Beaujolais. Michel, the owner, has gone out of his way providing facilities I’ve never seen in any vacation apartment elsewhere. There is bbq, outdoor seating, a spa room with large jacuzzi and beautiful wooden sauna incl shower. There is a fitness/games room; The ground floor has a great Star Wars themed pin ball machine and a table foot ball. Go up the stairs and you’ll find a treadmill and rowing machine and more. The apartment is a duplex that can accommodate to large beds on each level. The open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, a topped up espresso machine, induction hob and oven. There is WiFi and tv. I rented the smaller apartment, there is also a larger init which was not rented. Michel tells me that only one of the apartments can be occupied at any time giving guest full privacy to enjoy the amazing facilities. Combining the two apartment and you have ample space for a large family. Michel makes his own delicious Fleurie wine and is happy to arrange a tasting in his next door property. A much better offering to hotels and I would definitely stay here again when visiting the small but beautiful wine region of Beaujolais.

The host was waiting for us at the exact hour despite a 2 hours delay on our side, very friendly tour of the facility including the SPA which was a great surprise.

the beautiful setting of the property, spacious and clean, loved the access to the sauna and jacuzzi. excellent restaurant in the village walking distance from the property
