The reception very professional and the breakfast team also very good. The welcome drink is nice and highly appreciated. The gym well equipped. We would like to return to Das James soon even though we had a bad experience in the spa with stressed people. It didn’t ruin our stay but it wasn’t pleasant either.

Everything accept the bar manager. The waiting staff and spa staff were very nice and friendly. Hotel manager was lovely and great at his job
