Lovely hotel with stunning gardens, period decor and features inside and a pleasure to enter the building and see it all. The owners were friendly and helpful- I’m sure nothing would be too much trouble. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, lots of choice for all and the full English was spot on and set us up for the day! The rooms are clean, bed comfortable and the owners have thought of everything you need including extra little touches. We were particularly grateful for the fan and fold out table in the wardrobe as it was a very hot weekend! Location is perfect, a very short walk from the beach and the leisure centre open to the public opposite meant we even fit an early morning swim in before breakfast (they also do a nice caramel latte in the café there!) Our sea view room meant we saw a beautiful sunset and we couldn’t have asked for more for our much needed retreat away for the night after a very busy work week and we came home totally relaxed and revitalised thanks to this little gem of a place. Thank you! We can’t wait to return!
