Modern, clean, very spacious rooms with comfortable beds and excellent bed linen. Cheery staff. Help yourself breakfast , pool, gym and communal sitting areas. Great starting point for Grand Canyon.

The staff were lovely. We also liked the central location. We were 24 hours late for a 3 day booking and were only charged for the 2 we stayed. We liked that. :-)

The elevators were not working and room service did not empty our trash bin. The room had finger marks on the TV and the floor was a little dirty when we arrived. For the money we paid Hyatt can and should do better.

Property was very clean and modern. Bar service was great and the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a cheap option but very nice having the option of cooked, cereal and yoghurts plus juices and teas/coffees
