Bus from front door every 15 mins at peak times, direct to ski lift and town centre, but also only a 10 -15 minute pleasant walk, safe even at night. Good spacious off road, outside parking if worried about potential ski or stick damage to a hire car. Rm 7 - Large unoverlooked balcony looking out to woodland. Nice hosts.

The rooms are clean, and the staff is polite and kind. The bus stops directly in front of the villa, so you can take different ski lifts in the Flachau. Also, there is plenty of parking space and a heating room for ski boots.

Breathtaking views and clean air. It was out of the winter season, so very quiet. Quick response and very friendly hosts.
