Spacious apartment big enough for 6 people (3 bedrooms). Everything clean and functioning. Separate room for skis and ski boots, with ski boots dryers. Kitchen could be a little bit bit better equipped (e.g. bigger glasses, kitchen ware, etc.), but fine for our stay. Was good to have big stove, microwave and dishwasher. We used wellness area pretty much every day, it is nice, with finish sauna, infra sauna and steam sauna, you get the extra towels there, and you can rest and relax well there. The house is 2 minutes by walk away from ski bus, and it is only one stop to get to the lift, so it takes max 15 minutes to get on skis. There is very nice owner who will do anything to make you feeling comfortable. You can even buy a fresh products every day, like pastry, egg and milk from local farm.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We spent 8 wonderful days with our 1.5-year-old twins and 4-year-old son, and the place was just perfect for a young family. Here’s why we highly recommend it: 1. Breathtaking location with stunning mountain views and a peaceful, private setting. 2. Beautiful, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped apartment – the kitchen had everything we needed, and we were also provided with two cribs. 3. Fantastic play areas for children – an indoor playroom full of toys (great for rainy days) and a spacious outdoor play area with a trampoline, ride-on cars, buggies, and even friendly animals (goats, chickens, cows). 4. Convenient location – a perfect base for driving to the many activities and attractions in the area. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and cafés just around the corner. 5. Wonderful host – Renate was so kind and welcoming, spoke great English, and went out of her way to help us with everything we needed. We made such special family memories here, and our kids didn’t want to leave! We would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, child-friendly stay in Austria.

We loved the place. Big apartment with a separate small room for the baby. the kitchen was big, nice living room, with a great view, big terrace. Had everything we needed for the baby - crib and high chair. Renate was a wonderful host - very nice, happy to have a messy baby around. the breakfasts were amazing with delicious homemade cake. the farm is beautiful and quiet and the baby loved looking at the animals. the apartment is in a beautiful Vally close to many places to go and see. Also, there is a great playroom for children which was the highlight of the trip for our one year old. Thank you for an amazing time.
