Haus Deutinger chalet was a home away from home for us. We loved it. Christian made us feel very welcome. Christians home in the heart of Flachau was absolutely perfect for our skiing holiday. We could walk out the back, across the paddock to the ski lift. Close easy walk to the restaurants, cafe’s and supermarket when not up on the ski fields. We had a substantial daily breakfast in the dining room and Nihada made us eggs if we wished and was beautifully gentle and accommodating even though we could not speak German, she worked out our needs. I popped a bed cover under my pillow to raise it one night, that afternoon we came home to extra pillows! Now that’s service! Very perceptive, thankyou Nihada x Due to our train departure time from Salzburg, we needed to leave Flachau early. Checkout was prompt and Nihada kindly gave us some water and fruit for our car ride. We did not need to go anywhere in our car, other than when we met our daughter at Salzburg airport. Which was a comfortable 45-55 minute drive on great highways even in the snow. We went back into Salzberg to do “The Sound of Music Tour” which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you Christian and Nihada, we had a fabulous holiday and we hope that one day again our paths will cross. ❤️

We stayed at the roof top apt. It was really large tnd comfortable. Very clean and nice, with a wonderful view. I highly recommend the place.
