Staff and the fact that as we had to wait for the boat the hotel were happy for us to sit in their lovely lounge over looking the fjord.

Lovely place on the Fjord. I got an upgrade to a suite because of a problem with our booking - sorted out quickly. Set menu dinner was well-presented and tasty.
