Nice landscaping Very clean facility Owner helpful but seemed in a hurry to get somewhere He suggested a couple of restaurants for dinner They were @ 7 blocks away Lots of local people Food was tasty

Very friendly and helpful owner and cleaning staff. I speak Italian but the owner had no problem switching to English. The room was clean and everything you need is there. The only tiny thing I could mention was that the shower didn't drain as well, but the was no smell or anything. Bottom line; great location and room.

Federico was a great host. Collected us promptly from the airport & Villa Rosita was a short drive away. Villa is immaculate - very clean & comfortable. Perfect for our overnight stay before going to the Port (for our Mediterranean Cruise). Federico recommended a high quality transfer company who transported us to the Port for a reasonable price. Federico’s restaurant recommendation was perfect too. Casual sports bar very close to Villa, excellent food & service (burgers & the like, not Italian but great!).

Frederico’s home is unpretentious and totally delightful. It was immaculately clean and the rooms large. His garden is gorgeous and peaceful. Frederico is a charming gentleman and a great host and he advised us on best places to eat and walks we could do. Located close to Fiumicino it was perfect for a rest base on our long journey home.
