Property itself is not new, but it is maintained well & spotless clean. Federico was a super nice guy, there was a little problem about the room but he swiftly helped us so late at night upon out arrival. Simple breakfast but lots of variety

The room included a large bathroom, and an entrance hallway with cupboards. The room was cleaned each day, beds made and fresh towels provided. The water in the shower was always hot. Frederico our host was very helpful and assisted us with our early arrival, weighing a case, setting up the tv with english subtitles and driving us to the airport.

We stayed for one night after arriving in Rome. The owner offers airport pick-up and drop-off, which is extremely convenient for late arrivals or early departures. Very friendly host and lovely, cozy apartments. A great option for a short stay.
