My stay at Malu House was excellent. The host was truly great and communicated with me from the very beginning until the end of my stay via WhatsApp. He was extremely helpful, especially considering that I landed in Rome at 1 a.m. There was absolutely no problem with the check-in. He sent me clear instructions on how to get to the room and left the key for me, which made everything very smooth and stress-free. The location, price, and overall conditions were really amazing and great value for money. I can wholeheartedly recommend Malu House to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

My flight arrived close to midnight and juri sent a detailed WhatsApp video of how to get in. Room was super clean and really spacious. Felt really safe even though I was travelling alone. Room had everything needed and contacts for taxis to airport left in room. Room had essentials, hair dryer and mini fridge.
