Incredible yard, fully equipped kitchen and the pool temperature was pleasantly warm during the colder nights

Lovely setting. Great pool, not huge but really warm, probably the warmest we’ve had in Greece. Fairly close to 2 shops and 3 good restaurants. Close to Alaties Beach with its wonderful restaurant Alati. Also close to Jerusalem Beach which has beds and a taverna. Only 10 minutes drive from Fiscardo, a delightful port.

Pros: the villa is very spacious, lots of space for parking several cars inside the yard. Pool area is nice, kitchen well equipped, AC in all rooms and ceilings ventilators in the kitchen/living area. We loved that it's in a very peaceful area, close to restaurants and beaches. Also has a nice barbecue on gas. Cons: the house is kind of dated, some of the furniture is rusty or modly, has a prticular smell to it. It was very hard to communicate to the owner who lives in Athens. Rarely replied to WhatsApp msg, and when we called he promised a lot of things but never kept his word. To give more context, we had no water for the first 2 days, he said he was going to solve it latest the 2nd day by sending a tank of water, which mlnever happened. Water became available on 2nd day at night. We traveled with a 2year old, so we requested a baby cot when booking the place, which was not at the location. The person who takes care of the house brought a cot but it was so old and messy, the spongy parts literally were disintegrating, so we decided to improvise and put our baby to sleep in a bed on the bottom floor. When i checked the bed, i found the matress was dirty, full of dog hair, in fact the house was cleaned superficially. We requested the owner to have it cleaned and also bring a vacuum so we can keep it clean until we leave, and despite him confirming someone would come clean the house the first night, so one came. Moreover, we were shocked to see a person came to the house, unannounced, when we were out and placed the vacuum cleaner in the baby.s room, without cleaning anything...We immediately told the owner that it.s not okay for someone to enter the house without letting us know first, he apologised, but this happened again after 2 days, when someone came in and emptied the bins. The entire experience ended with our car and luggages full of ants. We left the luggage in the living room the whole vacation, and the door to the terrace mostly open...

Beautiful, spacious and very peaceful villa. We enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable patio area and swimming in the lovely pool. The facilities provided were excellent, and the local village Magganos with its good range of restaurants was within easy reach either by car or on foot, if you don't mind walking uphill. We'd been to the area before, so mainly kept to the Fiskardo area, but plenty of places to explore further afield. Owner very helpful and pleasant, replied promptly to resolve any issues.
