One of the best positions, in terms of view, on the island. The villa has many facilities to make you feel at home, including kitchen equipment, although we only prepared breakfast. The owner Stavros was very kind and answered any requests. Also, the list with recommendations of places to visit, beaches, taverns and others contained great places. A small recommendation would be to find a way to provide some shade on the upstairs terraces

Our host Stavros was so friendly. He was very flexible with the check in and made us feel very welcome. The little personal touches like leaving some water, fruit and wine when we arrived were much appreciated. The views from the villa were beautiful and we loved relaxing there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The villa was also in a great location, and was the ideal base for trips out to Myrtos, Asos, Fiskardo, and Foki beach. We 100% recommend it to anyone thinking about booking.

Our host Stavros was already waiting for us when we arrived. It was no problem for him that we were a bit late. He showed us the house. He speaks English fluently. He had provided filter coffee, water, butter and jam in the fridge and wine and bread for our basic needs. Long live Greek hospitality! At departure our ferry left in the afternoon and we could stay in the house to bridge the time, what was very convenient. Our host Stavros came to collect the keys and to say goodbye. He gave us a bottle of kefalonic wine and olive oil as a goodbye gesture. The wine had to be put in the suitcase but luckily arrived in one piece! Cheers Stavros! And thanks. The interior of the house is very cozy and personal, with beautiful colors (Greek-Ethiopian style) and all balconies have fantastic views. From the multiple balconies you can see the whole island of ithaka and the coastline of Lefkada. A very authentic house. The photos of the villa on booking.com don't do justice to the appearance of the house in real.
