The house was immaculate and well furnished and equipped. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, especially the much needed aircon!! There was a very welcome 'welcome pack' which was so thoughtful. The bed was clean and comfortable and the towels and beach towels were changed during our stay. The bathroom is very sleek and feels luxurious. George was great at keeping in touch before and during our stay, and his cousin, who owns the house next door, provided us with helpful information about things to do and places to shop and was also there to welcome us on arrival. The house is positioned on the edge of Fiskardo and so it benefits from being in a quieter location but with very easy access to the restaurants/ bars on the front. Opposite the house there are some steps down to an area where you can swim which joins up with the beach area. This was great and we enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in this area. The water is crystal clear! There are loads of gorgeous beaches nearby, including Foki, Kamilia and Dafnoudi. All just a few minutes away in a car and you could walk to Foki, it's about 1km. These beaches are gorgeous stony beaches (don't forget your water shoes) with absolutely beautiful clear water to swim in and to snorkel in. The walks down to Kamilia and Dafnoudi are about 6-800m and fairly steep in places, would recommend trainers not flip flops. I'd highly recommend staying at George's Beach House, we had a wonderful trip and can't think of anything negative at all!

The location is perfect for the village.. a few minutes lazy walk and you are in the heart of everything. Or head down the steps opposite for a swim in the crystal clear waters.
