The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to any other guests.The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the guest who has originally reserved, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in by the guest who has originally reserved, the property will charge another credit card of the guest who has originally reserved on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. If the originally reserved guest is not present no third-party payments will be accepted. We stayed in a superior double room with a caldera view, and the view was truly unique and exceptional. It is absolutely worth it: enjoying perhaps the most beautiful sunset on the island from such an intimate and private spot was an unforgettable experience. Waking up in the morning and finding such a breathtaking natural painting before your eyes is something that will stay with us forever.

The facilities were nice and modern, with a pool area with stunning views. The location of the hotel was good, very close to the few restaurants of Firostefani and a short walk of 15 minutes to Fira. The receptionist was very friendly. She gave us very good restaurant and cocktail bar suggestions which we enjoyed very much. We also really appreciated the possibility to stay at the pool after checking out and showering before leaving to the airport.
