We had the loveliest stay at Uma Ray suites. We had the pool view room which had its own private double sun lounger which was really special. We could access the pool from the room as well which was nice! The staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. We were given pool towels, and there were robes and slippers too. We didn’t use the indoor pool, but it looked very clean and was heated. The outside pool was also very clean and nice and refreshing! The location was great , only 5 mins from the bus station and 2 mins from lovely restaurants with unreal views. We would love to come back & stay here again, and would definitely recommend!

Blown away by this hotel, absolutely unreal. The lady and man behind reception ( sorry can’t remember ur names!) we’re always so welcoming and making sure everything was okay. Literally less than a 5 minute walk and your in the centre. Would 1000% stay here again

Very close to town and supermarket. Amazing breakfast and very friendly staff, the young lady in reception was a total delight and very accommodating on day of check out. Great pool facilities. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Very good location. We have been well welcomed by the owner of the place. The room was very clean! Beautiful pool, but it is just in front of the reception. And doesn’t take much sun. We didn’t feel comfortable to use it.

Amazing service We will definitely be back Junior suite was stylish and spacious. There was a private hot tub outside the room enclosed, and we had our own private entrance at the side of the hotel

The staff were amazing they went above and beyond for us . The location was excellent and only a short walk to the main town of Fira and to caldera views . The hotel was extremely clean and practically new .

Pool area was brilliant and never busy, really nice facilities. Location was great for town. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We did the recommend catamaran trip and it was exceptional. The room was nice and really enjoyed the quiet balcony. Breakfast was nice too. Handy to have hotel towels for pool use - thanks.
