We received a warm welcome by Kleo who helpfully gave us some tips on how to get around the island and served snacks and juice. We arrived earlier than the check in time, but she arranged for our rooms to be ready in a short time. She and the other staff members showed great hospitality and excellent service, meeting all our requests with kind attention and care.

Very nice lady at reception. Se was very helpful on answering my turistics questions. Also gave me advice in order to save money Instalations pretty clean and room very equiped Location is perfect near main central points at Fira

Beautiful staff who were very helpful. They let us check in at 1am and let us stay longer when my partner wasn’t feeling well. We are very grateful ☺️. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at this hotel for two days, and the service was absolutely top-notch. We never felt the lack of anything during our stay, and every small detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The location was perfect, conveniently close to the bus station and Fira, making it incredibly easy for us to explore the area. A special mention goes to Memoza, who was extremely helpful and guided us with everything we needed. We are truly thankful for her support. For convenience, I would rate this place 10 out of 10. Everything was managed perfectly. The hotel provided us with morning snacks and water, which added to the comfort of our stay. Our room was fantastic, with a very comfortable bed and a balcony where we enjoyed spending time. Every aspect of our stay was flawless, and we never once felt homesick. This hotel truly made us feel at home!
