The hotel was in the perfect location - a short walk into Fira (5mins) and has everything we needed. The rooms were large and they catered for our family of 4. The employees were so helpful and friendly - from reception through to the restaurant and pool.

We spent three nights at Orama Hotel & Spa in April, and it proved to be a refined and peaceful retreat just a short walk from the lively centre of Fira. The hotel itself is impressive, with a modern design, spotless cleanliness, and spacious, comfortable rooms that make it easy to relax. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. They elevate the entire experience and leave a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. Every team member went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. They assisted us with everything we needed—from helpful sightseeing advice and local recommendations to organising and booking a catamaran trip. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes and dietary needs, which worked well for our family. Overall, we have absolutely no regrets about choosing Orama Hotel & Spa.
