Great location, right in the middle off the hustle once you step out but far enough to feel the tranquility once inside. Great staff very welcoming and friendly. Excellent views. Called down to deal with a window issue and someone was up within 60 seconds literally. We hired a car out (which I highly recommend) and could easily see the whole island and various beaches/hotspots/restaurants during our 3 days.

First and foremost, the level of service at Nefeles is out of this world. Very personalized from the moment you are met at the taxi to drag your suitcases up the many stairs. So knowledgeable, kind, welcoming and even slightly sarcastic in humour, I can appreciate that. It felt like friends making me feel home. The view is amazing. The breakfast is fantastic. The room so dreamy and unique. I will definitely be back!

Great views and really helpful staff. Would have given 10 if the hot water came out quicker and the jacuzzi was able to be heated to be warm enough to use. Unfortunately we tried to heat it but remained too cold to use so felt like we paid for something we couldn't use.
