The staff are amazing, Edward ,Ben and Maria, are the most hospitable and accomodating hosts that we have ever experienced!! They were not just accomodating, each were genuine and sincere in expressing their professional care and personalities.each were approachable and genuinely pro-active. Their natures and personalities were THE highlight of our stay. The position of our quarters and the service , easily exceeded our expectations. There were no intrusions or un-necessary disruptions, they all were genuinely considerate and ultimately professional. We loved the accomodation, and genuinely loved our natural and easy connections to each of these fine individuals. Apologies to Edward for having said good-bye. He was the most pleasant, accomodating, hospitable, and delightful person we have had the pleasure of meeting in any of our travels. Accomodation - 199% - these lovely hosts- 1000%

Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable; bed, shower, toilet and sofa all faultless. The hot tub on the terrace with its unobstructed caldera view is simply breathtaking, and the sunset from the room is something else entirely. The location in Fira is spot on. Staff were fantastic and kindly arranged an early breakfast so we could make our morning ferry, that kind of thoughtfulness really makes a difference. Breakfast itself was great with plenty of options, made even better by that view.

The hotel is in a fantastic location—only a 3-minute walk from the station. The breakfast was hearty, and the staff were all very welcoming, especially Ed and Ben. We arrived just at sunset, and as soon as we stepped into the courtyard, we were absolutely blown away by the view!

A truly exceptional accomodation which made us wish we booked more time in Santorini. The staff (especially Eddie and Ben, with whom we interacted most) were kind, funny, and extremely helpful. The spa bath, in particular, was a highlight. Resting there with a view of the Theran sunset was magical.
