It was clean, staff were friendly, helpful and very hospitable. The view was amazing with shared or private balconies looking over the beautiful Caldera that had epic sunsets. If you have accessibility needs this Location is not for you as it’s located down several flights of stairs. They even offer porter service to carry your bag up or down the stairs. But if you can walk up and down stairs this is the place for you.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — everyone was friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. They even came to pick us up, which was such a thoughtful and convenient touch that made our arrival completely stress-free. One of the highlights was the welcome wine bottle, a lovely gesture that made us feel special right away. Breakfast was another standout experience, beautifully served on the balcony, allowing us to enjoy both the delicious food and the relaxing atmosphere. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and it truly felt like the team went above and beyond to make everything perfect. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable experience.
