Staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is a problem and they make you feel so welcome. Facilities are good and they do match the pictures which is important. We had the room with outdoor hot tub and it was comfortable. Outdoors also had a hammock and two sun loungers. The sea view is not on the caldera side but that wasn't a problem for me however it is worth noting if that is what you are looking for. The bed's were comfortable, breakfast was included (and nice). Location is fantastic, a 5 minute walk into the centre of Fira.

In my opinion the atmosphere the stuff make for their guests, every single person in this hotel made our stay special , super friendly people and very helpful. We felt like at home . The hotel and any place in that hotel was very clean , the size of the room was perfect, same bathroom. Food they have served in the morning time ( breakfast) was very delicious, plenty of food to eat - breakfast variety) Top of the top :)
