Sunny boy is in a beautiful location with the beach around the corner. The house is very comfortable and the back veranda is a serene and peaceful space. Kitchen bathroom very spacious and clean. Shower is awesome. Our fur baby loved the home and area. Highly recommend.

The house was cute, peaceful and was set up with everything you need. The location was great …walk to the beautiful beaches and headland lookout, close to the funky Sheoak Shack Cafe for takeaway and the Mimmi cafe at the beach entrance & close to Kingscliff’s restaurants, Woolworths etc . The attention to detail in the property was appreciated with a sense of space, freshness and light filled rooms. It was very quiet at night and the place felt very organised. The communication with the owner was great too.
