Tikellis “Poor value, BYO linen, need car & NOT close beach”

Nicely styled semi-attached apartment but please note from the description that this is NOT located close to the beach & is NOT walking distance. You need a car. However Fingal beach Bay itself is stunning. This apartment is very tight, we stayed 3 adults & living spaces are not generous. Clean & well equipped kitchen. If travelling interstate or overseas NOTE that NO linen for beds, bath towels, bath mat nor hand towels & NO kitchen tea towels are provided. We were hounded daily by McGrath real estate managers to hire from them but we bought items outright cheaper from Kmart. Would be difficult to do this if not living in NSW. Overall not good value for money given location, small size & hassle of obtaining towels & linen.
