It is in a quiet residential area with parking provided but still only a few minutes from the seafront and town centre by car. It had exactly the facilities that it stated and the owners were keen to be helpful and friendly. It was clean and tidy.

It was comfortable enough for our stay and close to the rally service are on Filey Brigg. I guess that cooking might be a bit of a problem if you stayed longer. The owners were very nice on email chat.

Location and facilities were excellent. Really good that we could park the car there before the checking time and walk to the beach.
