Cottage is lovely and cosy in a great location as part of The Bay complex. Short 5 min walk to the beach where you can walk 2.5 miles in both directions across the wonderful Filey sands. Touching distance to the pub, shop and leisure complex. Public transport available to nearby towns Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington along the coast, however by car they are a <15 min drive.

Very comfortable and clean. Lots of facilities for example comfortable outdoor chairs for the garden. Beautiful beach just a short walk away.
