Lovely little home away from home. Had all the facilities we needed for myself and my nan. Really good size rooms compared to what we've booked with others. Good location only 10 min from Filey and 30 min from Bridlington by car. The grounds were well kept, surrounded by lovely trees and very quiet. Small play area and plenty of grass for the kids to play. Plenty of car parking space and easy access to the property from the bottom carpark.

My wife had trouble getting on and off the toilet as she has a disability so Amanda ordered her a higher toilet seat which was really nice of her can’t thank her enough she’s such a helpful and caring person thank you Amanda

Good facilities had everything we needed - compact but comfortable- clean and tidy. Well kept grounds - plenty of information on the area - laundry facilities

Lovely relaxing quiet location a ten/fifteen minute drive from Filey with a well equipped kitchen for cooking (the oven was fab..better then mine at home!) Relatively clean and comfortable with plenty of storage for clothing/bags etc, the wi-fi was also reliable.The shower was very good in a nice size bathroom. The electric heaters were easy to use and took the chill off on an evening nicely.The grounds are well maintained with various seating areas to sit and relax outside and the play area kept the youngest entertained along with the games room.The laundry room was also handy for the odd wash load.
