The peaceful location. The cosy homely feel. The accommodation was very clean on arrival. The kitchen was set up perfectly for cooking with every essential item you would need. A goodie bag to welcome you and we were lucky with parking straight outside the property.

A little blip at the start which couldn’t be helped. The gas meter needed replacing, so the boiler wasn’t working so no heating or hot water for the first night. Jo was amazing and offered us another property once we learned the engineer to fix things weren’t coming. We’d decided to stay put as luckily our friends had a lodge we were going to in the evening anyway. We braved the overnight cold which wasn’t too bad with the blankets and lovely duvet! Was all fixed the next day. The cottage itself is gorgeous. It’s in a great position on the site with a short walk to the pub and beach. We’ve stayed in the bay quite a few times over the last 10 years and we really loved this particular cottage.
