Everything was just perfect, a lovely cosy, clean, and well equipped cottage with a nice private garden. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be returning.

Quality fixtures and fittings, very comfortable king size bed. On site free parking. Well located, 5 mins to Filey, 15 mins to Bridlington in the car. Private court yard with outside table and chairs

A beautiful little studio cottage with everything we needed. Very high quality furnishings and so cosy. Ideal location for the regatta weekend in Filey, just five minutes away and so peaceful. Highly recommended
