A beautiful little studio cottage with everything we needed. Very high quality furnishings and so cosy. Ideal location for the regatta weekend in Filey, just five minutes away and so peaceful. Highly recommended

Spacious, nicely decorated, good quality appliances, lovely welcome pack and everything needed for a short stay. Great location for quick access to a lot of different beaches. Loved it!
