Excellent location (right on the seafront), off street parking available, spacious rooms, lovely welcome pack with cake & scones and milk in the fridge.

The apartment is located right in front of Filey beach. I was rather sceptical on finding an on street parking although Emma did offer to park on her driveway but it was really easy to find parking. There were so many things inside the welcome hamper, milk was also provided (felt a bit guilty opening a carton of milk but using only a little bit). We did order takeaway from one of the suggested place. Overall it was perfect!
