We stayed here for a week and what an exceptional place, it has everything there what you would need and very home from home. The hosts were brilliant and communications were speedy. The added bonus was not only the gorgeous sea views but also the secure parking. We would highly recommend staying here and we cannot wait for our next holiday there

Wow wow wow where do I start, it was perfect everything was perfect from booking to leaving. Had the pleasure of meeting the hosts Yvonne and Garry and what a lovely couple they are. They have made the property feel like home with attention to detail and everything you need and more besides. The location is amazing and the sea view and sun terrace a bonus ohhhh and not to mention the secure parking!! I could go on and on but how about you just book and see for yourself you will not be disappointed. Thank you Yvonne and Garry for a wonderful relaxing few days with my 90 year old parents it was special.

The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony. I can honestly say that this was one of the only places that I have ever stayed in where absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay was present. Great location, plus free parking. Cannot fault whatsoever, and the next time I stay in Filey, I would love to stay here again.

The location is excellent. 10 minutes walk down to the promenade and beach. Right in the centre of Filey old town so plenty of cafes, a large Tesco supermarket nearby and a few restaurants. Day time was busy. Evenings much quieter. We loved having the south facing terrace with partial sea view to sit out. We were blessed with good weather - dry and sunny at times. Comfortable beds. Having a secure parking space included was beneficial as limited on street parking. It was located within a couple of minutes' walk from the property.
