The location was absolutely stunning, with great views whatever the weather. Very quiet location, but is a working farm so you will hear cows mooing/dogs barking. The bats in the adjacent barn will also say hello if you are out at night. The property was very clean and the modern fit and finish to the property was excellent, and gave it a very cosy feel. I couldn't think of anything else you would need here, the facilities were spot on. Also got excellent 5G service here. Host was lovely too. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting to explore this amazing part of the UK.

The cottage is set beside a very small working farm just off of a minor country lane, the front of the cottage looks across and up into to the mountains of the Snowdonia ( Eryri ) national park. When you first arrive, you are treated to a stunning view of the mountains from your doorstep, and you have your own parking space right outside the front door. It is part of a working farm there are sheep in the field opposite (and quite a few rabbits) and cattle in the field a little way to your side, the barns next door are only used for storage and the whole scene is so tranquil and quiet that at times you can hear the sheep munching the grass. Once inside the interior of the cottage it is a stark contrast to the rustic working farm exterior , all newly decorated to a very high and modern standard, lots of nice new wood is on show with the flooring and stairs and some of the original woodwork even makes an appearance in the shower/bathroom , our course it wouldn’t be Snowdonia without some slate flooring making an appearance , as it does on the floor of the well-equipped modern kitchen, all the new decor nicely complements the traditional features of a rural building of this age. For relaxing in the evening, the chairs are comfy and there is a nice TV, which is connected to the Wi-Fi. We couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password, but the local phone signal is good. Outside is a bench in the front porch and there is a picnic table and chairs at the back, the picnic table is ace for eating breakfast/lunch etc outside, the cottage is in a very quiet location, for the whole 3 days we stayed only 4 cars drove along the road out the front and one of those was the farmer who owns the cottage. Overall, the cottage was lovely, and we would not hesitate to stay again
