The fine print
Outdoor pool is unavailable due to weather conditions between 15 October - 15 May.Please inform the property about your arrival if your expected arrival time is after 17:00. We kindly remind you that we do not have a reception at the property. Key handling is managed by Lighthouse Team.Please kindly be informed that free sunbeds will be provided at the contracted beach area for guests who make purchases from the restaurant at the beach.Please note that the property will change the linens and towels in every four days free of charge.Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Perfect location to relax with beach and restaurants a ten minute walk away. Added bonus for us was the beautiful and local mosque was a five minute walk.

The apartment has all the basics and, importantly, aircon. The beach is a good 10min walk away. . The pool is very nice. The tea and coffee making facilities are for Turkish tea and coffee. If this is your first visit to Fethiye, know that the wind comes up around midday, so your best beach time is between 8am and 10h30 (when the umbrella and sunbed vendors arrive and start charging)

Spacious. Light with 4 sets of patio doors. Plenty of a/c. Well equipped kitchen. Strong showers. Host visited to check all well first morning and fixed one issue promptly.

Nice clean apartment. Host is good professional person,very helpfull. Not too far from calis beach about 10-12 minutes of walk.
