The staff, the location, the food, the entertainment. We went at Easter and for what we paid we consider it to be excellent value for money Special mentions for Kenan on the deserts area. Nino in customer relations.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfectly organized, clean, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made our holiday truly enjoyable. I would like to especially highlight Samira from the reception. She was exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Her support and attention to detail made a real difference in our experience. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth for us, and her positive attitude truly stood out. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience — and a special thank you to Samira for her outstanding service.
