One of the best all-inclusive hotels we’ve ever stayed at! The food is varied and absolutely delicious, and the reception staff were extremely helpful. The à la carte restaurant is a must-try at least once during your stay. The room, the amenities, and the overall atmosphere all made our honeymoon truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Jiva Beach Resort! The location couldn’t be better – right on the beach and still only a short drive from Dalaman Airport, with plenty of local attractions accessible by car. The facilities are amazing: multiple pools, beautiful lounges, a well-equipped gym, sauna, and a fantastic main buffet restaurant complemented by some truly impressive à la carte dining options. Everything has a very luxurious feel. The real highlight, though, was the staff. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Busra from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond – helping us with bookings, arranging a car rental, securing complimentary services, and even planning a full day’s itinerary for us. This resort has everything you’d want for a relaxing and indulgent holiday. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this part of Turkey.

Food is abundant and of good quality, there were plenty of healthy choices. The hotel does not occupy a very large territory but is very smartly organised, we had everything we needed: a gym, a kids club, several bars, restaurants, pools, and even a coffee shop. And even though the hotel was fully occupied we could always find a table at a dinner or a sunbed at the beach. The staff is really super helpful throughout - from guest relations to kids animators, everyone is very keen to help.

Cleaning could have been better for a five star hotel. sometimes we had to remind them few times to clean our room throughout the day. We stayed for over 10 days, 7 days prior to booking.com reservation we reserved it through an agency.
