Hakan got in touch before our stay and gave us a 24/7 way of contacting him directly. He organised an airport transfer and, when our flight was delayed by several hours he reassured us that it would not be a problem. The hotel was lovely and clean. The breakfast was perfect. We didn't get to use the pool due to our flight delay but it looked lovely.
