Kind helpful staff. The decor in the whole riad and rooms is absolutely stunning. Quiet and only a few rooms. The view from the terrace is unbeatable. Paid underground parking near the main square at a walking distance. Location is superb, right in the middle of the medina. Highly recommend!

We arrived at the riad at 10 a.m., and although check-in is from 2 p.m., they kindly allowed us to check in early since the room was ready. We truly appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the staff from the very beginning. They welcomed us with coffee and cookies, which we enjoyed on the terrace — a very pleasant place. The suite was very spacious, the bathroom was clean, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable, and we slept very well. The breakfast was delicious and abundant; we had it in the courtyard, which has a very special charm. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay such a pleasant experience. If we have the opportunity to return to Fez in the future, we will definitely stay with you again.
