Firstly, the riad is beautiful and an absolute bargain for the price. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and the rooftop terrace must have the best panoramic view in the medina. The breakfast was lovely and served promptly. We were also able to do an affordable laundry after arriving from the desert. Finally, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and we would 100% stay here again if we return to Fes.

Really beautiful riad, gorgeous interior, comfortable spacious rooms that get cleaned each day. The rooftop is among the higher ones in the proximity and offers a stunning view across the medina of fes, perfect for sunset or sunup. A very delicious freshly made breakfast is served in the morning, and incredibly kind staff make you feel very much at home:) Absolute recommendation:)

The riad is very easy to find (it is signed) from the blue gate and only about 3 minutes walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions before and during our stay. They stored our luggage after check out and were able to arrange a transfer to the airport for €20. The terrace has AMAZING views over the city and countryside and it was a joy to watch the sun rise and set from here. The main area of the riad is beautiful. Breakfast (9-11)was simple but good - coffee, omelette and some bread/pancake with butter and marmalade and honey. (no juice). Our room was on the top floor..a bit of a climb. If you have mobility issues make sure you get a room on the bottom floor. The street that the riad is on has food markets and quite a few restaurants to chose from. It is about a 20 minute walk to Place Rcif, which is where many of the walking tours start from. This riad is pretty much at the top of the medina so everything is downhill away and uphill back. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy but provided good warmth. There were extra blankets for the bed. The call to prayer was quite loud in our room (top floor), so I would bring earplugs for sleeping. I had to request a hairdryer. There was no soap in the bathroom, only a bottle of shampoo in the shower.

Everything Beautiful building felt like a palace. Also amazing rooftop We stayed 4 nights and we worked from there for 3 days with zero issues very call. Breakfast was also always fresh and we had AC in the room. Host was very nice . Also easy to find and well located
